Accessibility statement of the application mobile bancaire Android

BTL undertakes to make accessible its websites, Intranet, Extranet and mobile applications as per Directives (EU) 2019/882882 and 2016/2012 pertaining to the accessibility requirements for products and services and its national transposition provisions.

To this end, BTL implements a strategy and actions set out in its multi-year scheme and provides a page dedicated to accessibility.

In addition to this statement, we regularly audit the main services available on the application mobile and supply statements for these additional audits:

Conformity status

An accessibility audit is scheduled au T4 2025.
The result of this audit will allow an assessment of the effective conformity level of the application mobile.
This accessibility statement will be updated accordingly.
