Accessibility statement of the service Secure messaging of the application mobile bancaire Android
BTL undertakes to make accessible its websites, Intranet, Extranet and mobile applications as per Directive (EU) 2019/882882 of the European Parliament and Council dated 17 April 2019 pertaining to the accessibility requirements for products and services and its national transposition provisions.
To this end, BTL implements an accessibility policy and provides a page dedicated to accessibility.
This accessibility statement supplements the audit statement of the application mobile bancaire Android.Conformity status
An accessibility audit is scheduled au T4 2025.
The result of this audit will allow an assessment of the effective conformity level of the service.
This accessibility statement will be updated accordingly.
